Here it is, the quickest, most effective way to awesome abs. Denise Austin guides you through three, progressively more difficult, ab workouts. The theory is you do the first workout 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks before graduating to the second workout, then two weeks later move on the third, most difficult workout. Unless you're in super shape, it may take more than 2 weeks to progress, especially to the third level - it's a killer. But no matter how quickly you progress, this is a fabulous tape that will grow with your fitness levels. You'll always be able to challenge yourself. If you want a super ab workout, you could also do all three ten minute workouts in one day. The other great thing about this video is there are no boring, endless crunches. Instead, Denise focuses on Pilates type moves - emphasizing perfect form and breathing over endless reps. You'll see maximum results in minimum time. Denise's style is a little chatty for my personal taste, but since each workout is only 10 minutes, it doesn't really bother me much on this tape.
