This DVD contains 2 workouts, each contains about a 15 minute dance routine and a 5 minute Pilates type stretch/ab routine. Do them together or separately. There really is no stretch or warm up, so it's good to do a little on your own. The aerobic intensity will increase as you become more familiar with the Spanish-style modern dance choreography. It helps to have some dance experience (or be the type that likes dance routines and picks up on choreography easily) as these are semi-complex, jazzy dance patterns. Instructors Lisa Wheeler and Tracey Mallett lead the workouts, although they demonstrate more than teach - another reason why it's a good idea to have some dance familiarity. The routines are not overly tough - I'd say mildly aerobic - good for beginners or those somewhat out of shape, if you can pick up the choreography. The Pilates ab routines are very short, but do contain some good exercises.
