It took me longer to become comfortable with the choreography of this tape than it does with most of the exercise videos I have done, but it was worth it! Once you learn the moves, this workout is so much fun, the hour flies by. Good thing too, because this is an ADVANCED tape, as the box and video instructions continually remind you, so you will be working hard. Despite the intimidating warnings (not to mention Cathe's Ultra-Fit persona), this is an excellent tape to help push intermediate level steppers to the next level. If you've done enough step workouts prior to ordering one of Cathe's tapes, it's easy to make her choreography low impact if you get over exerted or winded. When I started doing this tape, I began doing it almost entirely low impact -- and I still raised my heart rate and sweated up a storm. I eventually started adding some of the higher impact moves, a little at a time, to keep myself challenged. I still can't do all the moves at high impact, but I have definitely progressed my level of cardio-vascular fitness since regularly doing this workout. This fun step aerobic routine will challenge even the most experienced of steppers, as well as help motivate those at an intermediate level to get more out of their workouts.
