| I've used another brand
of electric citrus juicer for years. It has served me well, and as this is a simple
gadget, I really didn't see much room for improvement -- but I was wrong. Hamilton
Beach (the parent company of Proctor Silex) always seems to find ways of making
their version of kitchen appliances just a little bit better, just a little bit
more user friendly -- and this citrus juicer is no exception. As I said,
this is a simply appliance, you press half a citrus fruit onto the reamer, the
reamer turns and juice falls into the collection container below. This particular
model, however, has several improvements which make it a good choice for anyone
in the market for a citrus juicer: - A pulp control dial lets you
control the amount of pulp in your juice -- from none to lots.
- The juicer
comes with two interchangeable reamers for different size fruits -- now you can
juice everything from tiny limes to large grapefruits efficiently.
- The
cord stores conveniently in the base when not in use.
This appliance
is everything you could want in a citrus juicer and then some. Click
