Cobb Portable Cooking System

This amazing portable cooking system does a multitude of tasks: bakes, roasts, boils, smokes and sautés. You can cook almost anything on this ultra small, lightweight cooking unit. About our only complaint is, even though the box says it grills, if you're looking for a great charcoal type BBQ taste, you won't get it here. Yes, it technically grills, but I would rather do steaks and burgers on a regular grill.

Other than that, we loved this product. You can cook most anything on your Cobb, even bake bread or pizza! Needless to say, this can greatly expand your camping cooking options.

Don't let its small size fool you (it weighs only 8.5 pounds). You can cook a large roast on the upper grill, veggies roast in the chamber below. In one simple step, you've preprared an entire meal.

Originally designed for poverty stricken people in Africa, the Cobb takes only a handful of charcoal briquettes to cook an entire meal. It is easy to set up, easy to light the fire and easy to clean up afterwards. Even while cooking, the outside stays cool. The whole thing packs away in its own zippered carrying bag, making it easy to transport and store when not in use.
