Parchment Paper

In the kitchen, parchment paper is used for cooking, not writing. You can use parchment paper to line cookie sheets and cake pans to provide a non-stick cooking surface. Parchment paper can also be folded in bags for decorating icing. Look for parchment paper in the grocery store where waxed paper and aluminum foil are kept.
