Watercress

A peppery green that's a member of the mustard family. Usually sold in bunches, you should store watercress , stems down, in a glass of water in the refrigerator, or in a plastic bag in the refrigerator's produce drawer. When buying fresh watercress, look for small, vibrant green leaves. Wash just before using.
