Sweet and Sour Bar Mix

Making real Sweet and Sour mix for cocktails makes a world of difference in their quality over store bought mixers. Sweet and Sour mixer is easy to make. Just mix 1 - 1 1/2 tbs. lemon juice. 2 tsp. water and 1 tsp.confectioner's sugar. Mix well, multiply by the amount you need for the number of cocktails being prepared.
