A variety known for their rich brown color and often for their size (while
smaller poratabellos exist, they are known for being four to six inches
in diameter, now that's a mushroom!). While the name may sound exotic,
portabellos are actually ordinary brown mushrooms that have been left
to grow for an extra few days.
