A confection made of sugar, corn syrup and gelatin (among other things).
A couple of handy marshmallow hints: if your marshmallows become hard,
tie them in a plastic bag with a couple of slices of fresh white bread
for a coupe of days and they'll be good as new. If you need small pieces
of marshmallow and do not have miniatures on hand, simply freeze them
and cut with scissors.
