Goat Cheese
A soft cheese made from goat's milk. While Feta cheese is also made of goat's milk, it has a different flavor than that labeled Goat's Cheese or Chèvre or Montrachet.

You can buy goat cheese on its own or packed in oil with herbs. The latter can be quite expensive. It is, however, easy to make. Directions are in the Appetizer Section of this site.
