Season: Year round. When buying fresh carrots look for firm carrots that
are unblemished. If the tops of the carrots are still attached look for
a vibrant green color. Do not buy withered carrots or those that have
soft or discolored spots. Store carrots in the coldest part of your refrigerator.
They will last longer if stored with their tops removed. |
