Author Notes: This versatile, Greek style sauce goes especially well with the recipe for Greek-Style Pork Loin Roast.
Ingredients: 1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced or pressed
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seed
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions: Makes about 2 cups

In small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

If desired, serve with Greek-Style Pork Loin Roast.
