Truffled popcorn makes an everyday snack an elegant gourmet treat. Serve this truffled popcorn recipe as a snack or appetizer. Truffle oil is a relatively inexpensive way to infuse foods with the delicious flavor of truffles.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons white truffle oil
Fresh grated Parmesan
12 cups popcorn, popped

Directions

In a small bowl or large glass measuring cup, melt the butter; add the truffle oil, then stir.
Drizzle the butter and oil mixture over the popcorn; add some fresh grated Parmesan and toss to coat.
