Recipe for The National Hotel's Ramos Gin Fizz. This old-fashioned cocktail is perfect for brunch or anytime. It is also known as a New Orleans Gin Fizz.
Ingredients
- ice
- 1 1/2 ounces of gin
- 1 whole egg
- 1 1/2 ounces of orange juice
- 1 ounces of sweet & sour mix
- 1 ounces of half & half cream
- 1-2 drops of orange flower water
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and top with a light topping of ground nutmeg.
