1 large sirloin steak - charcoal grilled then cut
into bite-sized pieces
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 cups of water
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon beef bouillon paste or one cube dissolved
in 1/2 cup hot water
2 cups sliced zucchini
2 stalks celery roughly chopped
dash each of garlic, salt, basil

Simmer all ingredients except seasoning together until zucchini
and celery are tender. Seaon to atste and serve.
