| Ingredients: |
1 average 6" diameter rutabaga, peeled olive oil |
| Instructions: |
Slice rutabaga into 1/2" thick disks. With sharp knife, starting at one edge, slice across each disk to make thin fries. In a single layer, sauté fries in hot olive oil in a large fry pan until just beginning to brown. Drain on paper towels and salt lightly. Serve hot. |
