This versatile recipe is equally at home as a topping
for rice or noodles as it is spooned over simply cooked
chicken, omelettes or pork.
Sauté
mushroom and onion in butter for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and curry
powder and cook for 1-2 minutes more (curry powder will darken). Stir
in stock and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer
for 5-8 minutes and serve.
