Sauces, gravies, dressings and marinades can really spice up an otherwise
dull meal. Some of the recipes below are part of a larger recipe, but
feel free to adapt them to any purpose you see fit. We usually give suggestions,
but just because we've paired a salad dressing with a certain mixture
of greens doesn't mean it wouldn't work equally as well on steamed vegetables.
Just because we suggest a marinade for chicken doesn't mean it wouldn't
also work great on fish. Use your imagination, experiment and have fun.
