The flavor of habenero chiles matches well with tropical fruit, and this salsa is great with grilled pork or seafood. Habenero chiles are very, very hot, and you should use gloves when handling them.

2 large mangos, peeled, seeded, and diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime, more or less to taste
salt
1/2 habenero pepper, finely chopped
