Salsa
I
2 T strawberry preserves
1 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup diced
red bell
pepper
1 jalapeño
pepper, chopped and seeded
2 T lime juice
1 T olive
oil
1 T chopped mint

1 cup diced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup finely diced minced crystallized ginger (get
in a gourmet food shop or a well stocked supermarket)
1/4 cup diced green
bell peppper
1 minced green
onion
2 T orange juice
1 T olive
oil 1 T minced cilantro
1/8 tsp. crushed
red pepper
