This versatile marinade can be used with most any kind of
food. Use white wine for chicken, fish or vegetables. Use
red wine for beef, lamb or even venison. I especially like
to use the marinade with food that is going to be grilled
over an open flame.
Want to lower the fat and calorie content? use a higher ratio
of wine to oil. Don't be afraid to play with the recipe.
