Low Carb, Sugar Free Ginger Mustard Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons spicy mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon stevia (or sweetener of choice - add carbs if necessary)
1 teaspoon dry ginger

Makes 4 Servings

Mix thoroughly. Use as dip or garnish for Egg Foo Yung.

Total Effective Carbs per entire recipe: 5 g
ECC Per Serving: 1.25 g
