This recipe comes to us from the Radish Council. While this versatile dressing was designed to be used with their Spring Potato Salad with Radishes, it can be used for salads of all kinds, as well as on steamed vegetables, steamed or grilled fish or chicken, or whatever. Use your imagination.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:

Yield: 1/2 cup

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
