Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

This is a great quick all purpose salad dressing or marinade. Get creative and add your favorite herbs to the mix.

2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed 2/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

Mix all ingredients together.
