Ingredients: 1/3 cup apricot nectar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together apricot nectar, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar.
