| Author Notes: | While I especially like this dressing on spinach salads, it goes well on most any kind of green salad. |
| Ingredients: |
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil (preferably extra virgin) 2 teaspoons honey 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard salt and pepper to taste |
| Instructions: | Whisk together all dressing ingredients (or use a mini food processor). Pour over salad and serve. |
