4 chicken breasts
2 cans tomato sauce 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 small green pepper, chopped 2 bay leaves 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed 1/2 cup golden raisins 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in a mixing bowl. Wash chicken, pat dry and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with a salad and hard crusted bread. |
