Max suggests this dish is extra special when served with
a pork roast.
Drain sauerkraut juice into
sauce pan and add sugar. Bring liquid to a boil until sugar is melted.
In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, onion, and green pepper. Pour
the sugar/juice over the mixture. May be served right away or refrigerated
for a later time.
