1 large head of green cabbage, finely shredded 1/4 head red cabbage, finely shredded 2 large carrots, finely shredded 3/4 C mayonnaise 3 T sugar 2 T white wine or rice vinegar 1/3 C vegetable or canola oil 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1/3 C buttermilk salt & pepper to taste
Serves 10-12
Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add onion powder, mustard, celery salt, pepper, buttermilk and salt and pepper. Pour over shredded vegetables in a large bowl. Toss until well coated. Letchill for a few hours before servingg.
