6 cups shredded green cabbage 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes 1 1/2 cups diced tart apples (such as Granny Smith), peeled, cored & sprinkled with lemon juice
Honey Ginger Dressing 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 3 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise 1-1/2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
Makes 8 Servings
Combine first three ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and chill for 30 minutes. Toss before serving.
