Here's a delicious recipe for rotisserie shrimp with orange dipping sauce and chili lime dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- Rotisserie Shrimp
- About 20 large shrimp (16 to 20 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup hot Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot horseradish
- Tabasco sauce, if desired
- Orange Dipping Sauce Chili Lime Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Glaze the shrimp with orange marmalade and red pepper flakes; cook on a rotisserie, preferably (or large sauté pan) until done; refrigerate until chilled.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and tabasco sauce; blend well. May be used immediately or refrigerated for several hours for flavors to blend.
- In another small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper; blend well.
- Arrange shrimp on serving platter and serve with dipping sauces.
