Here's a delicious recipe for rotisserie shrimp with orange dipping sauce and chili lime dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • Rotisserie Shrimp
  • About 20 large shrimp (16 to 20 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup hot Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot horseradish
  • Tabasco sauce, if desired
  • Orange Dipping Sauce Chili Lime Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Glaze the shrimp with orange marmalade and red pepper flakes; cook on a rotisserie, preferably (or large sauté pan) until done; refrigerate until chilled.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and tabasco sauce; blend well. May be used immediately or refrigerated for several hours for flavors to blend.
  3. In another small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper; blend well.
  4. Arrange shrimp on serving platter and serve with dipping sauces.
