- 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
