Portobello Mushroom Gourmet Burger

Serves 1
10 Minutes
Skillet with Lid
Stovetop

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large Portobello mushroom, stem removed
sprinkle of garlic salt
couple splashes Worcestershire Sauce
sprig parsley, cut up
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 hamburger bun

1. In skillet, on medium-high heat, heat oil 1 minute.

2. Lay mushroom in pan and sprinkle with garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.

3. Cook 2 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.

4. Cover pan, lower heat to medium, and cook 5 minutes.

5. Place cheese over mushroom. Cover and cook one minute, or until cheese melts.

Serve on buttered hamberger bun, adding your choice of condiments.
