This classic American lunch goes together in only 20
minutes!
In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium
heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up
into 3/4" crumbles. Pour off drippings. Stir in barbecue sauce,
salt and pepper and heat through.
Spoon Beef mixture on bottoms of buns; top with cheese and bell
pepper if desired. Close sandwiches and serve.
