Pork Chops in Ginger Marinade  

This recipe, from the National Pork Council, is great because you can get it ready the night before and it's ready to cook as soon as you get home. Follow this link to learn more about Pork as well as lots more pork recipes!

4 boneless pork loin chops, 1 1/2-inch-thick
2 cups dry white wine
1/2 cup sliced green onions
4 tablespoons minced fresh ginger OR 1 tablespoon dry ginger
2 T soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Serves 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, or pan fry for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
