Dining on Fabulous Foods." Marilyn adapted
the recipe from Apples, Apples Everywhere!
On waxed paper, roll out sausage into a rectangle 1/2-inch thick.
Combine apples, bread crumbs, and onions; spread over meat. Start
from the long end and roll as for jelly roll. Place in 9x13-inch
baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
