8 Servings Brown meat and onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large
soup pot. Stir in beef stock diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, basil and green
beans and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
While meat mixture is cooking, in a separate pot, cook pasta according to package
directions. Drain. Add to meat mixture and stir together. Season to taste with
salt and pepper. Garnish with grated cheese. Total Net Carbs = 46 Per
