Spread mixture on both sides of beef steaks. Place steaks on grill
over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill top loin steaks, uncovered,
5 to 18 minutes or ribeye steaks 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare
to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt as desired.
