This mixture can be used in a variety of different recipes (such as Stuffed Red Pepper). Divide the mixture into 4-oz portions and freeze in small freezer bags, then thaw when you are ready to use. 1-1/2 pounds lean ground chuck
1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
| Instructions: |
Makes 6 (4 oz) Servings Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the meat into six (4-oz) portions and place in small freezer bags. Freeze immediately. Use any refrigerated portions within 48 hours. Per Serving: 1/2 Starch; 3 Lean Meat; 1 Fat |
