Serves 4
In large bowl, combine seasoning ingredients. Cut Beef steak into
1-1/4" pieces. Add beef and onions to bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Alternately thread Beef and onions onto four 12" metal skewers or
wooden skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes prior
to using).
Place kabobs on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered,
approx. 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning
occasionally. Season with salt, if desired. Sprinkle with cilantro.
