Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Season beef cubes with salt and pepper to taste and cook in a hot skillet
till browned to your liking. Add the green onions to the skillet about
two minutes before your beef will be done.
Combine sour cream, yogurt, dijon mustard, parsley and salt and pepper
till well blended. Heat yogurt mixture in the pasta pot, over medium heat.
Add the drained pasta and cooked beef, stir and serve.
