Recipe for Honey Mustard Citrus Salad Dressing. While we especially like this dressing on spinach salads, it goes well on most any kind of green salad.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (preferably extra virgin)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients (or use a mini food processor). Pour over salad and serve.
