| Note from Cheri: Most
of the recipes I've seen in the past for brain gelatin molds have focused on achieving
a particular color. While this might be more authentic, it won't make people want
to eat it, regardless of how good it might taste. The infamous Kitty
Litter Cake gets the same reaction -- nobody actually wants to eat the
darn thing, but it sure is funny. This one bridges gap --
the colors, thanks to a mix of green and yellow food color, is vibrant to say
the least, but since this recipe is a lime flavored Panna Cotta (a traditional
Italian eggless custard), this brain tastes delicious! Leave out the food color
for a more traditionally appetizing hue. If you don't have a brain milk, you can
also pour the mixture into individual ramekins and chill. Click
