Recipe for Creamy Tarragon Dressing. This dressing can be used on salads of all kinds, on steamed vegetables, steamed or grilled fish or chicken, or whatever. Use your imagination.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Yield: 1/2 cup
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
