This incredible floral cocktail recipe was created by Junior Merino for The Modern in New York, NY

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce raspberry-flavored rum
  • 1 ounce rose syrup
  • 1 lime
  • 2 rose petals
  • 1 ounce brut champagne

Directions

  1. Muddle lime, rose petals with rose syrup and rose water in a mixing glass. Add rum and shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a highball glass over ice and top off with champagne.
