Recipe for Cherry S'mores. The traditional s'more gets a flavor and nutritional boost in this diabetic friendly recipes from tart cherries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 12 graham cracker squares (2-1/2 inches each)
Directions
- Note: To prepare in conventional oven, place 6 of the graham crackers in an oven-proof baking dish. Proceed as above and bake in a preheated 350°F oven 2 to 3 minutes, or until marshmallow mixture is soft and warm.
