Recipe for Cantalope Smoothie. Make this smoothie in summer when the melons are sweetest. Freezing the fruit in this smoothie first will yield thicker, more flavorful results.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (peel before freezing)
- 1 1/2 cups cantalope, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
