Recipe for Blueberry Orange Smoothie. Filled with healthy blueberries, yogurt and orange juice, this is a quick anytime snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces unthawed blueberries or 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
