Berries are wonderful, so full of flavor and fiber, yet
really low in calories! Freezing the fruit in this
smoothie first will yield thicker, more flavorful results.
1 C frozen
yogurt
(vanilla or strawberry)
1/2 C milk
1/2 C strawberries
1/2 C raspberries
1/2 C blueberries
Serves 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
